Jurisdiction

Please select the Jurisdiction name for your hearing from the dropdown list. If the Jurisdiction name does not appear in the list, begin typing the Jurisdiction name. For instance if the Jurisdiction's name is Richland County, you will see "Add Richland County" appear as you type. Click on the word "Add" to add the new Jurisdiction information.

Change Jurisdiction

By clicking on the Change Jurisdiction link, you will be redirected to TheRecordXChange homepage where you will be able to search for another Jurisdiction listing.

Presiding Officer

Please select the presiding officer for your hearing from the dropdown list. If the officer does not appear in the list, begin typing the officer name. For instance if the officer's name is Hon John Doe, you will see "Add John Doe" appear as you type. Click on the word "Add" to add the new officer information.

Case Name

Enter the case name such as Smith vs Brown

Check box if ANY portion of the hearing(s) listed has been ruled confidential by a Judge.

Appeal Info

Select this check box if the transcript is required for an appeal

Requested Delivery Date

Select the date on which you would like to receive your completed order. This is request and does not guarantee delivery on that date. Once the order is reviewed and payments have been arranged if needed, the due date for the order will be updated accordingly.

Payment Type

A TRX Order has 3 possible payment types: Private, Indigent, and Other Govt Paid.

Private transcript orders include any order placed, and paid for, by a non-indigent or non-government entity; most often these are litigants or attorneys.

Indigent transcript orders are paid by the Court which occurs when the court deems a defendant unable to pay. These types of orders are usually placed by the Public Defenders office or appointed council.

Other Govt Paid transcript orders represent orders placed by a government entity which does NOT come under the Indigent category (e.g, a Judge, govt agency, etc.).

Portions Requested

Select Entire proceedings if you want everything transcribed for the chosen hearing dates. If you only want a part of the chosen hearing dates to be transcribed, select Specific portions and enter the details below.

Dates are mandatory. Choose the date(s) you want transcribed. Do this by directly entering the date in the Hearing Date fields(s) or by clicking the calendar and selecting the required date.

If you want more than one day transcribed, click ADD ANOTHER DATE and repeat the previous steps.

You can also add any optional comments related to the specific hearing dates in the field to the right of the "Hearing Date" field(s)
