Partner Policies - TheRecordXchange

An Order may not be considered valid, and assigned a due date, until we have received a deposit, or the required paperwork showing how payment will ultimately be paid is received and approved. If we agree to accept the Order without a deposit, you, the Customer, will be responsible for paying the agreed charges upon completion, irrespective of any payment arrangement that might exist between you and your client(s).

Any amounts displayed on Orders are estimates only until the Order has been completed and has been invoiced with the actual final cost. Estimated costs are based on the length of the proceeding(s), the requested turnaround time and other factors. If the order is for transcript, the final page count once completed will determine the actual cost which can be higher or lower than the estimated cost.

Once we accept an Order, a fee may be incurred for cancellation. Please send a message to us with any questions regarding cancellation.
